Manual surgeries July 1st and 8th went quite smoothly and I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Not only has my distance vision cleared up with cataract removal, but so has my close vision - and that was the biggest surprise! I’ve been going to OPTIX in Johnston for two years now and I love it there to get my glasses. The lady that works there and helped me, her name is marlen She welcomes you with open arms. She’s very nice, very caring, very sweet. They are all very nice and caring and sweet there. She helped me picked out my glasses and frames and she went step-by-step with me. I had a fantastic experience at OPTX! I was in need of next day glasses and they went above and beyond to help me. Lisa answered my call and assisted me in-store; she was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They managed to have my glasses ready the same day I called to inquire if this would be possible! They also have a great selection of frames, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional.
