Just started going there. The lady that checks you in out front is super friendly! And so was the dentist that did my filing today :)

Terrible service at that clinic! I made an appointment there because my health insurance provider—Sunshine Health—told me I could get my eye exam and glasses at that location. I called the clinic and scheduled my appointment, specifically confirming that my insurance would indeed cover today's visit. When I arrived today, they made me fill out a stack of paperwork with information I had already submitted online yesterday. Then, they told me that in order to be seen, I would have to call my insurance provider and change my primary care physician to one of the doctors at their clinic—something completely nonsensical, since I was only there for eye care. Next, they informed me that if I didn't change my primary care physician, they couldn't treat me because they supposedly didn't accept my insurance, meaning I would have to pay for the visit out of pocket. So, do they accept my insurance or not? They *do* accept it—they just do a terrible job. I will never return to that clinic.

These individuals are unwilling to pick up a phone for no reason. Moreover, they have intentionally disabled their voicemail inbox, which seems deliberate. Despite calling over three times on different dates during their operational hours, I was unable to reach anyone, regardless of the department I selected from the keypad.

I just had the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. Peter Marrero was beyond amazing! He was very gentle with my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Cleanings usually are uncomfortable in my past experiences with other cleaning technicians from other dental offices. Today at my cleaning appointment, Peter gave me clear directions on how to best position my head and open my mouth so he was able to do my cleaning to the best of his abilities. Despite currently having gingivitis due to my pregnancy, this cleaning didn’t hurt like they usually do even when I didn’t have gingivitis . He gave me very clear and helpful advice and instructions for after care. I highly highly recommend Peter for your dental cleaning technician and this Orange Blossom Family Health location for your dental needs. Peter also went into make sure to schedule my fills when I mistakenly thought I was scheduled for them today as well. He really went above and beyond. Not only was Peter gentle and thorough, he completed my cleaning within 45mins. I’m very satisfied and impressed with them here. Every single one of my appointments from my first one (x-ray and evaluation) to now my second one (dental cleaning) has been smooth and professional.

This was one of the worst medical clinic experiences I’ve had. Communication was extremely poor, no one was responsive, and they showed very little respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend going there.
