Orange Park Eye Center is truly outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming front office staff who made us feel comfortable right away. The technician who brought us back was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. What really stood out was the exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire visit. Everyone we encountered was professional, caring, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had a great experience. A special thank you to Juwana, whose leadership and kindness clearly shine throughout the office. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and made us feel valued as patients. It’s rare to find a medical office where every single person is so pleasant and attentive. We highly recommend Orange Park Eye Center to anyone looking for excellent eye care and amazing customer service!

I came in for 2 pairs of safety glasses, as the company i'm working for had Orange Park Eye Center as a go to place.for context, I've had terrible vision for as long as i've been alive. Thanks to my stigmatism, I can't see S%&T. I've had terrible experiences from eye places, as they never could help explain why my vision is so poor nor thay they could help my condition with the pair of glasses. All the staff and the doctor have been incredible. He helped me understand my condition and how he could counteract my stigmatism. Just got my new pair of glasses today and sure enough when moving my head, numbers and letters aren't shifting left and right. They fixed an issue I've been having for years. On top of that, I finally have 2020 vision. Incredible! You guys are officially my go to place for my vision needs. God Bless🙏

I recently visited Orange Park Eye Center, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Dr. Hoffman was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I know my examination was thorough. I learned things about eye health that no other optometrist has ever explained, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that my eye health was their top priority. The selection of eyewear was impressive, with plenty of stylish frames to choose from. Tan was a doll in helping me find the perfect pair that suited my style. She has tremendous patience. I left feeling confident about my eye care and excited about my new glasses. Highly recommend Orange Park Eye Center to anyone in need of eye care services!

I LOVE Dr Hoffman!! He’s personable, kind, friendly and so patient. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, and I’ve been a patient of his for YEARS!! He shows you comparisons from last year to the new year so you can see the changes in your vision. He is what keeps me coming back to OP Eye Center. The staff are amazing too. You can’t ask for a better group of people to spend an appointment with.. :)

The staff is always amazing when I first enter the Orange Park Eye Center as they greet me a warm welcome and smile. Usually I get a little nervous during my eye exams but Dr. Reiswig and her staff are very good in explaining all the exams and the reason they are important. Dr. Reiswig is always very professional with a bubbly personality and I appreciate her when it comes to enhancing my vision. They are truly awesome!
