The staff is really nice but the quality of glasses is terrible! My glasses have an intense blue tint that gives an awful glare and my sunglasses are so warped I cant even see out of them! I will never buy glasses here again.
Amazing fast service my kids both have been coming here for years. I don't purchase my kiss glasses here because last time they where defective and hot replace and the broke from the same place again and didn't replace them I have never had problems with otge places they last the year with our braking.
I had a very disappointing experience with Orbit Eye Care. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance, only to have them call and reschedule it. Then, on the day of the new appointment, they called me again that same morning to cancel and reschedule once more. This level of unreliability is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. I won’t be returning and would not recommend them if you’re looking for dependable scheduling.
Very pleased with the kind and professional service I received here. Each person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Dr. Jarrell was so thorough and efficient with the exam. I was especially pleased with the very kind lady who helped me select a pair of glasses. She had great suggestions and let me take my time to find the pair that was perfect for me. I was nervous about trying this place, but I will definitely be using them next time.
Wonderful experience as usual- we have been with them for years. Dr Carlile spent alot of time with both myself & my husband- explained test results & addressed our concerns. He even found me a new source for my particular, slightly unusual contact needs & suggested a trial period. His support staff are efficient & very pleasant & we felt very cared for during our annual visit. They follow up extremely well in after visit communication & service. I highly recommend Orbit Eye Care in Los Alamos!
