The staff are nice, I will say that. However, whoever handles billing doesn’t do a good job. I was charged additional fees that were not initially disclosed. The same thing happened to my friend who went here. I won’t be back.
The people were nice…, but I was told that my glasses would be in in a week… it’s been almost 2 1/2 and the other day when I called I was told by someone else it could be up to 14 business days…. While that’s not a huge deal if I was told that in the beginning…. I will not be going back as my glasses are broke and if I knew it was going to take this long I probably would have went somewhere else to see if I could get some sooner.
Great in office experience, but I was initially going to only order enough contacts to last until I got PRK surgery. I was convinced to buy a year supply because I was told there would be a rebate on the contacts I was buying. After paying and going on my way I received my contacts in the mail and turns out they don’t qualify for the rebate. If I would have known I would have only spent $71 instead of $343 for contacts.
Fantastic service and great frames at pretty reasonable prices… I was going to go to one of those quickly places that are super cheap but I’m a big believer in you get what you pay for… while I was in I was pretty emotional and I was cared for as if I were family or at minimum a long term client (it was my first visit) I was able to take advantage of a sale they were running and I supported a local business… I just had to go in and get my glasses adjusted because I have a giant head and was not only treated well again I was also told of a program my work has where I can get safety glasses so that I don’t have to use my pretty new frames at work… I wish I could give 10 stars
