Lisa and Dr. Seibert were amazing! They were so friendly, accommodating and patient. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. My dry eye treatment was very gentle and went by so quickly. Thank you to the entire staff! I will be choosing Overland Eye Associates as my go-to Optometrist from now on.
I really enjoyed the Eye Doctor. I thought he was awesome truly professional however. I called on Monday to check on my glasses because I’m trying to get things figured out OK so I just called back again today and I found out that my glasses came back yesterday the frame was wrong. I was supposed to get a phone call and no one called me dude or communication goes a long way. It’s like they get the sale and they just don’t care. It’s just not right simple communication I shouldn’t have had to call back. She should’ve called me first impression lasting impression. so if I wouldn’t have called, I would not have been told that my glasses came back yesterday and got recent out to wait another three weeks from my glasses that would’ve been nice to know when it happened
Very friendly and thorough. I came here after a negative experience at a nearby eye doctor and Overland Eye Associates really did an excellent job of making me feel welcome and accommodated my specific needs. I was unable to use my insurance benefits due to the prior optometrist getting the benefit (which I am trying to revoke) yet pricing was very fair and I walked away happy with their services and the ability to see far again! I highly recommend Overland Eye Associates and will be returning for any eye care associated needs!
So grateful to have found such a great Doctor, and his caring Team. I walked in filled with worry, left feeling hopeful, and confident. Highly recommend.
Dr Siebert has been my eye doctor for many years. He is kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.
