Appointment service was excellent. We needed to change some future appointment times, and we're served very well by the clerk at the front desk. However, it seemed like there were too many patients scheduled for the day, as after the initial tests, we had to wait nearly an hour before we could see Dr. Ng. Also, there were so many patients waiting that there were not enough chairs/benches for everyone and some people had to stand while others had to wait outside the front office.

I love my Doctors, friendly staffs and the best thing I have my surgery done well…so I highly recommend Dr Pierre Pang to get check your eyes/visions checked as soon as possible if you’re having a problem(s) seeing. Two Thumbs Up 👍👍
It has been amazing with getting taking care of with the Ng and his staff. They made sure to take care of me from the time I became there patient as a military spouse with the the short notice I had before leaving and making sure my eye sight was good before leaving the island. I would recommend them.
