Well all I can say is what an incredible staff of people that work there. As a first time contact buyer and user i was ao scared but everyone there was amazing and supportive and patient. If I lived in Vegas I would go back every year for my exam and or prescription. Just a great experience!!!!
rarely review, but must here...from the girl at the front (actually the back lol) to the dr, who patiently dealt with all my questions and explained em to a tee, to the modern equipment, wow, just wow... glad i finally have insurance and when i had free time on the strip, stopped by... wish i could give it 6 stars, thank u all who work there!!!
The place is super nice and the doctor who attends you is loving, but the girl at the reception has zero customer service experience, she is rude, disrespectful and treats you badly. They should evaluate the staff who work there, really the very good doctor! But the receptionist is very rude, she has a bad face, you feel that you are bothering when one is paying to be attended to.
This was a very clean, professional establishment. The staff and doctor handled my appointment with care and expediency, even during the X-mas holiday. I'm very happy my wife found this place. I will be coming back for sure!
Profesional people, very friendly, didn't need to spend too much time, much, price is a bit high but it is worth it highly recommended ,
