I have never had such a pleasant experience as I have with Dr Shawn Fitzpatrick with getting an eye exam. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. He’s definitely a great addition to the Len’s Crafter’s team! Also I have to acknowledge the front staff, they are as equally commended on their professionalism. My over experience is 10/10!
Great experience as always. The front desk staff, very friendly and helpful, Dr. Fitzgerald was very kind, knowledgeable and took time talking with me which I greatly appreciated. Let me say if you need new frames please have Shadi help you. He is the absolute best!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted in such a kind and professional way. The entire staff was accommodating, professional, friendly, warm and welcoming. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and thorough. I will definitely be back. The service was amazing and truly appreciated. You all are amazing!!!!
Dr Patel and the staff were so lovely and nice. At first I felt embarrassed in my part since it has been years since the last time I had an eye exam. Dr Patel did sit me down, answered all my questions and concerns and being very professional with my high prescription.
I had an amazing experience and felt cared for from beginning to end. A huge huge thank you to everyone who cared for me. Dr. Fitzpatrick, Sammie, Tameka, and Melody all made me feel comfortable especially since it’s been 3 years since I’ve had an eye exam. Everything I questioned they answered without hesitation and had all the necessary knowledge needed to make me feel better.
