My wife had cataract surgery and has been back for lens cleaning. Dr. Shawn Iverson and staff are a great team and very caring. We can't speak highly enough about them. Recommend highly!

The staff is amazing the Doctor patient and kind. My Daughter had worked in the Lexington office for a couple months before she was killed. I can't thank all the staff for thier emotional support & kindness
Always a pleasure to see Dr. Shockney. Very responsive, always on top of her game. She's taken care of my eyes for years. Today the glasses tech, Joe, went out of his way to not only adjust my glasses but also explain how to be sure the measurements are taken correctly and they fit! I travel a lot, so this was very helpful! Thanks to the Leesville team!
I called today 9/7/2021 as a new patient for an appointment. The person who answered the telephone was not friendly at all. When I asked for an appointment the response was "what insurance do you have". I told the person the insurance. She snapped back at me "we don't take that". I said OK not a problem. She then snapped "cash or credit card paid in advanced." Once again I said it wasn't a problem. She said "you're gonna pay $190.00 cash or credit card." Her tone was totally inappropriate talking to a would be new patient. At this point I asked if the Dr. was taking new patients, her response one again 190.00 cash or credit card. At that point I decided that I did not want to deal with a practice that would have such a rude person handling customers. I found a practice that is far away but at least the staff answering the phones were pleasant and helpful. The physicians in this office really need to be aware that this person lost 2 new patients that never have had a problem paying their bills.
