They’re absolutely awesome they all greet you upon arrival and make you feel very welcome. I would recommend them to anyone especially if your child has a speech impairment. The doctor is fantastic with my kids

We had a first visit for my son with Dr. Govan. She was awesome with my ASD child—very professional and thorough. The front staff was also really sweet and helpful. We will definitely be returning.
Very knowledgeable doctor. But, the front desk and general operations are out of whack. They don’t share clear details upfront and their communications are minimal and rude. At one time they said my child’s frames need to be changed, then the optician suggested waiting few months until I can order new pair through insurance. After few months, when I call back they said I am still not eligible and I can just switch lenses on existing glasses. We could have done that months ago. They charged us upfront on the visit fee and did not bother to refund when insurance paid the amount. I had to call and recheck to get hold of the credit. They can’t answer anything clearly. The optician there is one of the worst professionals I have met. This place needs to improve. It currently operates like they are entitled to everything and we are seeking alms. Mind you, this place is not cheap either, it costs a bunch to get care. I expect highest grade of service and empathy from medical professionals, especially targeted for kids.
We really enjoyed our experiences (two visits so far) for my toddler son. Both doctors were very helpful and patient with him.
My daughter has been going here for the last five years. I truly enjoy the visits every time we go everyone is so nice. The doctor is incredible and we’re in and out with no problems.10 out of 10 recommend!
