I absolutely love this place! Even the eye doctor was incredibly kind and attentive. I’ve never had anyone care about my eyesight as much as I do, which meant a lot to me. I truly wish I could give them 10 stars! Naomi is top tier I absolutely adore her! Thank you to everyone for such an amazing experience.
Dr. Council is absolutely fantastic! I had my annual exam back in March, and I felt it was important to share my experience because she truly went above and beyond to make sure my eye health was in great shape. She’s super knowledgeable and took the time to be thorough about what I should do moving forward to care for my eyes and vision. She didn’t rush me out or make me feel like I was just another appointment – she answered every question I had, both during and after my visit. I’d honestly recommend Dr. Council to anyone! The staff is wonderful too, especially Kat! She kept the lines of communication open with such ease and was so friendly that I really felt cared for. Extraordinary customer service still exists! Just go to Panoptic and you'll SEE for yourself! (pun intended)
I am a LASIK failure patient and was referred to Dr. Koon for treatment options after years of none to minor relief. She has made my quality of life SO much better with countless trial/error. Not only did she help SIGNIFICANTLY minimize the day to day pain/ eye strain I felt, but she was beyond patient with ensuring I received the best clarity from nighttime distortions LASIK caused me as well. Thank you so much Dr. Koon for your hours and hours of figuring out what’s going on and finding meaningful relief! Also, huge shoutout to her team. They’re incredibly skilled at what they do and I’m so grateful to have had their support. ❤️
Really great office. Good customer service and very polite. The doctor Ive been seeing is also very nice. They know what they are doing. And they know that today customer service is king for a lot of people. If you got good customer service where you are competent, and then polite and kind to your customers you are going to rule. This office is very well managed and run. Competency and kindness is key and they have it.
i’m writing this review that I should’ve written a year ago as it is time for my son’s eye exam I do feel that the doctor was very educational and knowledgeable and very pleasant with me and my child. However, the staff in the front was not so welcoming they were very shady, discriminatory and unprofessional when it came to whether we were purchasing frames from this location.. two of the staff members in the front began to laugh when I expressed that I would not be purchasing frames from this location for my five year-old. With that being our experience I have chosen not to continue to bring my son here for his eye exams.
