Tammy Pinson is fantastic at her job! She made me feel comfortable and at ease in a stress situation. Her knowledge was first class. She went out of her way to help with whatever I needed. She is a 5 star plus!
I am very unhappy with my short stay at Bourbon Hospital. I was admitted for a bilateral (double) knee replacement. The surgery with Dr Waespe went well but afterwards I was barely woke up from the anesthesia and was rushed out of the hospital when I was the only surgery that day. The paperwork with my follow-up appts wasn't put in with my discharge paperwork. The nurses was spitting out dates and times while I was still waking up. I had to call the doctor and therapy offices just to make sure what my follow-up appts were. They rushed me into the wheelchair no matter the pain I had the minute I was woke up and pushed me out to the car like they were in a hurry to get me out. I have worked in healthcare and this is not the way a patient is suppose to be treated.
This hospital has very friendly staff who are always ready to help. If you ever need anything done than I'd recommend this place.
This is the worst hospital ever I would never go here or take my kids here. My mom was in here for high blood pressure and chest pain and they told her that they can do anything else for her and that she need to go.
Boo on Bourbon Community Health Hospital. I was not supposed to be overmedicated to a point of drooling. People are not your test subjects. Boo on you guys. Doctor retired after I developed these. You're going to have to pay up in the kingdom of heaven. Did your doctors even know I played the saxophone? An instrument? Doctor diagnosed me with dementia in his office. Im 23. Really. Ended up getting a job working with people with Alzheimer's and Dementia so ended up learning about it. No, I do not have dementia. Im very graced to even be able to play my saxophone after that.
