Kept rushing us from one spot to another, treating us like items on a conveyor belt, saying they had to make room for another patient while the facility is barely full. "Pick up your stuff" and proceeds to erase the name from the board. What's the darn rush? The staff talked behind our back about how parents (us) teared up seeing their toddler taken into the surgery room, and how they thought it was ridiculous and that the parents should "get it together" and be "strong". I'm sure they see dozens of toddlers everyday and they're jaded and don't care about emotions at this point, but for a parent it could be their first experience and a surgical intervention of their toddler is always painful to the parent. They're all very professional and friendly to your face, though. Ashley was genuinely great in helping our toddler recover post-surgery.

Amazing experience. Our one year old had tubes put in both ears. Every single person was calm, welcoming and kind. The whole process was smooth and quick.

They were so friendly and kind. Explained everything and never got tired of our very curious kiddo’s questions.

Scheduled my infant for tubes at Park Hill. I felt more comfortable taking him to a pediatrician specific surgery center. The staff were wonderful and very attentive.
