My daughter and I had a great experience at Parker Optical! The entire process was fast and easy. They gave great information on glasses that fit my daughters taste and face shape! Everyone was incredibly nice from start to finish! I highly recommend!!!
Very happy with Dr. Pearson, Miguel and the whole team. Very relaxing atmosphere, Dr. Pearson took all the time needed to help me understand my current vision needs. Tons of fun frame and sunglasses options to choose from! Will always come back here!
Overall positive experience, kind staff, however I did not like the forced/slightly aggressive sale approach after the visit for contacts/glasses. I would’ve like to have paid for my visit and left, but I had to sit for an additional 15 minutes being told this is the best deal I’ll get (Costco was cheaper), before they would give me my bill and I could go.
I love this Optometry practice! All the staff members are welcoming, nice and helpful. Especially Brandon & Austin! (The front desk lady as well but her name slips my mind, it may be Jessica?). Dr. Callahan is stellar! She has never missed with my prescription and she is one of the kindest & most well informed doctors you will ever meet! I’m incredibly comfortable with her and would recommend her ten times over to anyone looking for a new Optometrist. Not only is she compassionate, but she is also intelligent and makes all the “difficult” to understand things easy to comprehend. Go visit Parker Optical!
As always, the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Special shout-out to Miguel for being so patient and thoughtful. Dr. Persson is always kind and is eager to ensure the patient understands the process and what is going on.
