This was my first time at Parkside Eyecare and it was a wonderful experience. I was having some significant eye pain and Dr. Julie Moore was so kind to fit me in before the weekend. She was very thorough with the exam and took great care of me. I would definitely recommend this office and look forward to being a patient there in the future.
My very 1st eye exam! Everyone I met was so kind and helpful. They really put me at ease and made the whole process a breeze. I can hardly wait for my glasses to be in. Super cute and lots of options. I even got the magnetic polarized sunglasses to snap on. I would recommend 100%.
Excellent eye care! The entire staff is just amazing. The front desk staff is happy to see you and carefully explains paperwork. The nurses and doctors communicate well and don't make you feel stupid for asking questions. Your concerns are heard and responded to. The girls in the eye glasses department are sweet and will get you taken care of eventually. They seem stretched a little thin. Checking out was a streamlined process and fairly transparent. No hidden or surprise fees. All in all a solid practice that we have been using for years. Dr Moore for the win!
Dr Moore is a great doctor and explains to the patient everything about your issue and how to fix the problem. She was able to see me very quickly and was a tremendous help. I would recommend her to everyone. Has an awesome bedside manner and very easy to talk to about my issues.
My family and I have received services at Parkside Eyecare for years and have always been treated with professionalism and respect.The staff is always friendly and helpful. My 5 year old son was able to establish care as a patient this year. The eyecare assistant was extremely patient and kind to my very wiggly and curious boy. She never gave up and went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for. I always feel my needs validated and the doctor is the sweetest person ever. Dr. Julie Moore is the best ! She is professional, kind and caring.
