I can't say enough good things about Parrelli Optical. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy, and that's why I keep coming back whenever I need new glasses. RD has been especially wonderful to work with. He is incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable, and he always takes the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. On top of that, he's genuinely kind and a pleasure to talk to, which makes every visit enjoyable. The entire team provides outstanding customer service and truly cares about their customers. Parrelli Optical is awesome. It is always easy to book an appointment for an eye exam. Dr Ding is so thorough and knowledgeable. Everyone who works at Parelli is very helpful. Michelle is extremely kind and helpful, and she made everything easy for me. She got my lens in the frame I wanted and helped me with sunglasses, too. You won't be disappointed going to Parrelli

Got an eye exam for glasses and contacts and ended up buying new glasses. The whole process was easy and stress-free. The exam started on time, was efficient, and Dr. Yanpeng Ding was very nice, informative, and answered all of my questions clearly. Dmitriy helped me pick out frames. There was no pressure and I appreciated the honest feedback about what looked good and what didn’t. I ended up finding a pair I really like. They originally said it would take about 10 days to complete the order, but when I mentioned I was leaving for a trip they expedited it and had the glasses ready in less than a week. When I picked them up, they made adjustments to make sure they fit well before I left. They also adjusted my sunglasses (which were cheap and purchased online) at no charge. I interacted with four different people between the visit and the pickup, and everyone was helpful, professional, and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.
