All hell broke loose as I potentially had “Retinal Detachment” symptoms. I was sent here via The Good Doctor at the Huntington ER, who did me a solid by getting me an appointment ASAP. PEM Group is a great facility, Dr. Long was so professional & courteous and made sure to communicate the “what we will do and the why we do it” along the way which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Glaucomflecken would approve of this fine establishment. PS - Ocular parts stayed in place. - PM

Experienced one of the most difficult times of my life, and had trauma to my eye. Dr Long was incredibly caring and not only made sure my eye would heal back to its normal state and was very thorough, but he also made sure I was comfortable and understood the healing process. I thank this entire office for being available and fitting me in the schedule on the same day. Wonderful staff and office.

My usual Dr is Dr Yu -but as he was on vacation I met with Dr Long. Dr long was so friendly and knowledgeable I felt totally comfortable and felt well taken care of. Also an added plus -my appointment was right on time! I’ve gone to this office for a long while and continue to get great service!

Dr. Long is fantastic, easy going but thorough, along with the rest of the clinic staff. My only complaint was the glasses sales person. She had no record of my eye insurance, though it was with the office. She offered me no other other option to change my prescription glasses, with or with out insurance

My dermatologist referred me and I enjoyed the facility and staff throughout my visit. They were all very nice and very professional. I had a thorough examination, and everything was well explained to me. I don't care for the expensive parking, but that's life in Pasadena.
