I actually had a great experience with the Dr and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience when it came to getting my glasses. The 1st I got I felt like there was a mix up because once I picked them up they didn’t fit like the ones I tried on. They let me exchange them, this time I had my mom with me and my sister saw the glasses I picked out. They were a hard plastic solid black pair. When I picked them up I knew immediately it was not what I ask for! They did not fit they were way too small, looked like kids glasses. I told her right away they wasn’t right she was consistent saying they were the ones I picked out! I know for a fact I never tried this particular pair on. I left went to another vision place they told me they were kids glasses to go back. I went back they informed me I picked them out and there wasn’t anything they could do for me. I left upset ended up going to another place and having to pay out of pocket for a pair of glasses I can wear! That place even told me these glasses was way too small and looked like kids glasses. I didn’t want a refund I needed something I could wear. These were so tight on me o immediately got a headache and now unfortunately I’m stuck with no glasses until the ones I paid out of pocket for come back! I will go back for the Dr but I don’t know about getting glasses there in the future. If you do get glasses from them I recommend taking pictures of the frames you pick out!

I originally got a pair of glasses from here to get my driver's license and Dr. Patty and his assistant were very nice.I lost a pair and got another, again very nice.I started driving wearing the glasses quite a bit more and when I took them off I had a drunk feeling for a hour or two, reaching for things that are a couple inches off from my intended target, trying to take extra steps on stairs and walking into/off things.I called to say something was off and the older lady told me it wasn't her problem I should have said something before now, acting like I was trying to get over somehow. After complaining 2 or 3 minutes she said she'd set me a appointment but there wasn't nothing to be done.I wasn't asking for a freebie and was hoping to be helped by the friendly staff I first encountered.I don't go to businesses to argue with people and know I ain't special, but there's gotta be some standard level of professionalism when working.Getting reemed for a help call isn't it.Hope this review helps someone navigate their options though I really didn't want to write it.Appreciate your time.
