Excellent customer service everyone very friendly Especially the ones who attended me today. Patience explaining to my concerns or any questions I had for them and it was easy to make my appointment, a very clean a different variety of frames for sunglasses and regular glasses etc.
Calm people and atmosphere. Very helpful, polite, smiling employees. Bernice helped me get a frame that fit me. I told her I needed budget frames and she helped me get credit right then and there! The doctor talked with me about my eyes and was very nice and professional! Thank you ALL!
I had an excellent experience with my optometrist and the entire office staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The appointment was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my care. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran efficiently. I truly appreciate the high level of professionalism and genuine care shown by Patty the office manager throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care.
My family and I have been going to this office for over 10 years; we have seen various optometrists—all highly qualified and very friendly—and the receptionists are ALL very kind, helpful, and always available to assist with my family's appointments.
Please be careful with your glasses and insurance coverage. I paid $140 out of pocket because the lady who was “calculating” my total was purposefully adding extra stuff to my lenses that I did not authorize or NEED. The insurance did not cover most of these add ons that the lady put which of course, are OPTIONAL. The lady never once told me WHY it was $140 and I am not sure why I never asked. She never broke down why I was paying so much until I looked at my receipt. Moral… Don’t be like me and just pay. ASK and make sure she’s not adding extra stuff to your lenses that you don’t need. It’s really messed up and I wonder how many people she does this too.
