⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with AJ in the Auto Care Center at Walmart in Thomaston, GA! I had a question about my vehicle, and AJ took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping people. What really stood out to me was how friendly and personable he was. It's not every day you meet someone who combines outstanding customer service with such expertise. He made me feel valued as a customer and never made me feel rushed or like my questions were a bother. Walmart is fortunate to have an employee like AJ. His professionalism, kindness, and knowledge made my visit a great experience, and I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you, AJ, for your excellent customer service and for going above and beyond. Usually decent for the prices. However, the scan and go is not the same, it does not accelerate the process at all. I don’t know why I’m paying an early membership for something that 3 years ago meant I got primo spots in my own checkout line. Now there is only 1 self checkout side when their used to be 2. Very annoying. Priorities please. I am a member. I do pay a early fee for Walmart+

It's the same as the rest of them. I really only like to go before 9 am. Early morning not as busy after 10 am get's a little crazy. People are rude and thing everyone owes them something. Cutting in line just flat out disrespectful. Staff Early mornings are friendly and very helpful. Last time I went afternoon like going to a different store.

This is Wlamart in Thomaston. GA. They never have things where they belong on the shelf. You think you are buying something that cost one thing and get to the registers and its a different price. Also, the staff is rude! I brought a cake and asked for someone to write on it. 2 people just walked past me without asking me do I need help. Then, I finally asked and the girl went in the back. After3 minutes or so she came out and said no one was back there. So I went to stand by the donuts and I saw 2 more ladies come out from back after the girl said no one was there. Then the manager walked past so I asked him about it. The deli guy said they just went on break. I was angry The manager asked me what I needed so I told him. He got someone to come and write on the cake but he messed it up. You could see where he tried to correct it but the writing icing was smeared on the cake. I can't stand this Walmart. I just shop here when I am not at work. Usual, I go to the ones out of Thomaston.
