I was impressed by all of the staff I encountered at Paulus Eye Care today. From the beginning to end, I was treated with care, patience and understanding. They encouraged questions and answered them with kindness and humor. They were helpful and thoughtful and made me feel at home with them. Not only were they kind but they were very competent and I was quite delighted!
I love this office! The girls are super friendly, from check-in, to the beginning eye tests, to the check-out process. Dr Paulus is exceptional! He takes the time to really go over everything and is so kind. Cannot say enough good about his and his staff!
My Aunt is 96 years old and said she has never been treated as good as she did today at her appointment. She said they were the most professional and nicest people she experienced.
