First off I've been to this location in the past several times and other tso location for over 30 years and I have always went to tso because no matter what frames I took them they always said yes we can put lenses in them so I bragged on them about all else place for years but not in this case I took in a pair on z87 frames and the lady said they couldn't touch those just looking at them in seconds ok I understand cause z87 so a couple weeks later I come back with a different pair of frames little does she know I've gotten lenses put in the same frames years ago there but In a couple seconds again she says we can't put lenses in those I got them from here and thanked her and walked drove to Baytown to memorial eye center on texas Ave asked them the same thing one difference the lady there pulled out the little ruler measured them and was like yes we can you'll have them in 14 days a lil more effort goes along way but to took the same frames I had done in tso before back the second time cause I knew if I got the same lady she'd tell me she couldn't but I hoped she didn't . At this same location they almost dropped the ball before because people weren't doing this properly but MRS DONNA and don't know if she still works there got my glasses done in and unimaginable time so if you still work there u truly don't understand the gratitude I still have for that and you years later Thank you and for the lady I recently experienced im the guy the you told you really like the glasses I had on the gold frames definitely won't go here or recommend this place unless MRS DONNA is still there and my name is Tony Carter

Honestly save your money and find a better place. The staff here is beyond irritating. Today’s Boston has much better staffing. Ellie at the front smiles with a fake attitude is by far one of the most annoying people I have Ever encountered. I will never come back here or bring my family.

First visit Jan 2026. Nice clean place with many lovely frames. The people involved in care were great, assistant testing and Dr. first people out front were helpful as in telling me to go sign in at desk. After exam, an employee called me up to desk to inform me that my insurance covered only the exam. New lenses every 2 years. This location is labeled as a premier edge location for VSP. I stated that was a drastic and unexpected change in my insurance. She just nodded and did not offer to recheck, I trusted she knew what she was talking about. She was wrong, they missed a sale. I agree with another reviewer. It’s the front office staff who lose customers for a practice.

It’s always the people at the front desk that have no business, no class, no decorum, and all the UNprofessionalism that run these hard working doctor’s practices into the ground. To the front personnel, you are not doing us (the patients/public) any favors, but merely doing the job you applied for. You’re not paying us, we pay you. Keep your attitudes and nasty behavior at your house.
