I lost the screw that holds the ear piece on to the eye glasses. I went to Pearl Vision on Lewis Avenue and Victoria took care of me right away. She fixed my glasses in no time and said no charge. Exceptional customer service! I've been going here for about 2 years and the staff is always friendly and professional.
Miriam and all of the ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with my mom after her back procedure. They never rushed her and were so understanding while she moved at her own pace. Their kindness made a stressful situation much easier, and we truly appreciate the care and respect they showed. Wonderful store that is always well organized and very clean. Amazing customer service. Search the mail to find and use coupons. Large selection of name brand frames at great prices. Rayban and Oakley sunglasses are available, just to name a couple. Security cameras visable. Dr. Kevin is wonderful. Glasses or contacts usually take about 2 weeks to arrive. Parking is limited because of neighboring businesses, but no ♿️ handicap parking is available near the store.
Dr. Bravo is very friendly, professional, AND PATIENT with the kid’s exams. I appreciate the updated technology since Dr. Kukla retired. I do think they need to expand the child frame section- it seemed quite reduced at this last visit
Brought my glasses into Pearl Vision and Waukegan because one of the lenses popped out. The young woman to help me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She fixed my problem. I was out of there in about 10 minutes.
