Pearle Vision

I've been loyal to another vision practice for over 10 years and this is my first time venturing out, and I must say, I am beyond happy that I made the decision to come here. As a mom of four, it's already hectic enough toting everyone and having so many judgment eyes all around, however, the staff at Pearle Vision defintely made me feel seen and understood with so much grace, patience, and kindness. I am horrible with names, so please excuse me for not mentioning any one specific. Dr Smith welcomed my son and I with open arms and was such a delight!! Ms. Maggie, wow, what can I say? ANGEL! The gentlemen and younger lady at the front desk were sooooo amazing as well!! Can't express how grateful I am to this amazing team! Literally the dream team!! Thank you all for your amazing experience! Oh, not only that, it's close to home!!! And honestly, even if it wasn't, I would drive further just to see you all! Thank you for making this place a home for me and my family!!! You guys are truly the best!!!

I had a great experience here! The team was thoughtful and very helpful during my appointment. The energy was very inviting thanks to Maggie, Alondra, and Dr.Boeskool. I appreciate them for all they did during my time there.

The best optometrist office I’ve been to in Jacksonville! And I’m not big on reviews however I love it here so I had to give them one everyone here is super nice and friendly! My son had his appt a week or two before mine and I received my link a little late however they got me in quickly and was very informative so I decided to set myself an appointment as well and I had the same exact experience everyone was super nice and welcoming there a younger lady that sits in the front I wish I knew her name but she helped me pick out my glasses and was really sweet and gentle about everything ! If you’re looking to take your children here or even yourself I HIGLY recommend! I’ve been to three different eye doctors in Jax this is by far my favorite 😌

I had a great experience at Pearl Vision, mainly because of the gentleman who assisted us during our visit. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure all of our wants and needs were clearly understood and met. It seemed like this wasn’t his usual location, but you would never know it by the way he stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and confidence I was especially grateful that the gentleman guided us through the glasses selection process and checkout, making the experience smooth and stress-free despite those challenges. His level of professionalism and care made a noticeable difference and is what ultimately left a positive impression of the visit.

Very nice selection of frames. However their lenses and extras are quite a bit more than competitors. The main reason I wouldn’t go back is because of how I was treated while shopping for glasses. After explaining to the gal working there what happened with my previous eyeglass exam and purchase with another place she was no longer interested in talking to me and even went as far as to say that I could come back when it was time for my next eye exam for the glasses I was interested in! Totally unacceptable, to treat me as though as I was a child or a second class citizen.
