Yesterday, Monday July 13th, I had two wonderful sales associates, Catherine & Allison, help me with an issue I was having with my contacts. It was 100% my fault. I thought I lost both of my boxes which I did. So they helped me when I came in and they gave me samples that I could take and I was just so very, very happy. They were helpful on the phone. They were so pleasant when I went in and it’s so nice to have such pleasant customer service. I’ve been going to this Pearl Vision in Mesa for years and have always been very happy!! Amazing experience! The entire staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. My eye exam was thorough, and the doctor explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Getting fitted for contacts was much easier than I expected, and they took the time to show me how to put them in and take them out. I never felt rushed, and everyone was very patient and professional. I left with a better understanding of my vision and felt confident wearing my new contacts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye exam, glasses, or contacts!

As soon as I walked in I was very pleasantly greeted. Setting an appointment was quick, on a day and at the time it worked for me. I like that I was able to fill out the info they needed, on my phone, at home so all was ready for my appointment. Arriving for my appointment, I was again pleasantly greeted. I barely sat down before I was brought to the exam room. My exam was very thorough, they listened to concerns I had. One of the best aspects…no drops for dilation! They have an amazing camera that photographed the entire back of my eyes! The photo was really cool, extremely detailed! A super benefit as far as I’m concerned. They have a great selection of frames to choose from. Overall, they’re very nice while professional, great to talk to and they get right to business for you. They are now my go to for my eye care.

Dr. Dennis is amazing. He is the first doctor that I have had in a long time who actually spent time looking and discussing my eye health. The staff was very nice also. The new normal for getting an eye exam is expect to pay around $300-$400 to get the exam and new glasses. Another way that health care is unaffordable but we can't blame staff members.

I purchased a pair of Silhouette progressive reading glasses at this store almost two years ago. (I also got my prescription there.) I love this style glasses, but they are frameless and even though they’re resilient, they can get quite bent out of shape! This is the second time I’ve come in to this store in the last three months to get them put back straight. Both times Marianna, the General Manager, saw what was needed and without hesitation gently crafted them back like new - while I waited - at no charge. She is why I will keep coming to Pearle Vision. Exceptional customer service, a full product offering, great prices and comprehensive care for my vision!
