Most eye vision places are so ready to lead you into the most expensive area with adding all the bells & whistles, like a car saleman. Then make you feel small or embarass you when you tell them, no, not interested or simply I can't afford it when the bill comes out ridiculously high. NOT at Pearle Vision Miamisburg. I'll definitely remain a return customer. I drove nearly 30 mins for my appt. It was definitely worth the drive. The appt. was prompt at my appt time! That's a first for me in nearly 20 yrs with eye dr establishments. Everyone was so polite, very helpful, & definitely NOT pushy. An extra shout out to the lady at front desk that does the initial part of the appt & exam before seeing Dr. very nice & made me feel welcomed. Dr. Zier was quick yet efficient & thorough. He was willing to answer any questions. Also the lady with the pretty pink hair that finishes the appt with choices & prices. She was positive, upbeat, & friendly. Pearle Vision Miamisburg are definitely on top of their game. I've recommended them to family & friends & will continue to do so.

First time here. Fastest eye exam I've ever had, I hope my new glasses will be right. Original quote was $300.00 ended up at $450.00 all I added was the transitions that were supposed to be $75.00. Won't get the glasses for up to 2 weeks. We'll see how it turns out.

Excellent experience. Dr. Zier helped refine my prescription and clearly is an expert in his field. Annie did a wonderful job explaining my insurance benefits and options. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Staff was really nice. The doctor did my eye exam really quick, but he did answer all my questions and made sure I understand everything. The frame selection is not as good as other places, but I was able to find a frame that I liked.

My annual eye exam went very well, and the doctor and staff were professional and friendly throughout the appointment. However, I was disappointed by what happened with the glasses I purchased there in January 2025. I primarily wear contact lenses, so I rarely wear glasses, but always felt the prescription on this pair seemed too strong. I assumed it was simply the difference between wearing contacts and glasses. At my appointment, they verified that my instincts were correct—the left lens had been made with a prescription that was too strong. Unfortunately, because more than 90 days had passed since the purchase, I was told the lenses could not be remade without me paying for replacements, even though the error was not mine. While I appreciate that they offered a discount on the replacement lenses, I don't believe a customer should be responsible for paying to correct their dispensing error. Overall, the quality of the eye care was excellent, but I was disappointed with how this situation was handled. I hope the office will consider making exceptions when the mistake is theirs rather than the patient's
