I had an amazing experience here. I use PMAP insurance (through the state). It covered the eye exam, as well as a variety of lenses. I was genuinely surprised at how quick the and enthusiastic the Dr. was to exam me. The employees were all kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I was a little in decisive between lenses and they offered very helpful input and even went above and beyond to pull out similar lenses to find my perfect match.

I was a bit disappointed with my recent experience at this store. After spending $800 on lens replacement, the glasses were provided without a protective cover. When I asked about it, I was informed that the cover needs to be purchased separately for $15. We don't expect anything free from them but they didn't had any protection just handed the glass without anything.

I completed my 3rd annual exam at Pearle Vision in Eagan MN this past week. As the two prior visits, this one was equally as efficient and pleasant. I give a shout out to Nina who is not only very knowledgeable, but has a very friendly welcoming demeanor. The entire experience will certainly lead me back again for all of my vision needs!

Betty was so very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with trying to figure out the best options with my contacts. I was having trouble with my prescription and she offered a unique solution that I think will work.
