I came here for the first time about two weeks ago and the service won me over immediately. Christina is amaazzzinnngg and so is Dr. Jason. He was super thorough and explained everything to me. I will keep coming here. I would highly recommend to anyone needing eye care.
While my family liked the optometrist that was there. It was interesting to see basic lenses go from $60 to $199 and transition glasses watching from behind scan through like two dozen rate prices as she scrolled from ones that were as low as $250 to as much as $1400. Then asked me when to realized what I was looking at and asked me to stand on the other side. Her quoted prices ended up being over $900.00 for the lense alone. Makes me wonder think what kind of scam they are pulling there. I hated pearl 30 years ago, still dislike them today and will not be back They try to jack their prices up through the cost of the lenses.
We had a wonderful experience today thanks to Terry! My son needed new glasses for High School next Monday and she made it work! We are so grateful that they cared about what we needed and delivered 😊. I feel that it is their "norm"; to help and do what is best for people. Thanks for making us feel welcome and valued!
The staff are always helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Christina was very helpful and has a good eye for suitable frames that fit the customer. Dr. Sarah answered all my questions and educated me on all my conditions. She also recommended ways to keep up my eye health.
Dr. Marcusen, Emily, and Christina really took care of me. My exam was great and smooth. It's been about 4 years since I had an exam and everyone was really kind and explained what all the tests did. Christina helped me pick out glasses and I even got a second pair for back up because I couldn't pass up a good deal for 2 pairs of amazing glasses.
