I absolutely LOVE this place! What a pleasure to deal with for my DMV eye test! No BS just test and done! It was such a pleasure to deal with Chris the optician! Kind, funny and sooo knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Pearl vision! Thank you!!!
The staff is good the quality of the frame I picked is great. However, I have my glasses for eight months. I paid for scratch resistant lenses amongst other things. The warrantee for the glasses is for one year. Why then are they going to charge me over three hundred dollars to repair or replace one scratched lens??? Sorry, I would never go back there. JLN
If I could give zero stars I would. I went to purchase 3 pairs of eyeglasses and they refused to honor the insurance benefits when they are in my network. The saleswoman said that the owner does not honor the benefits that they agreed upon with my union. I walked out refusing to give them my money when they refuse to honor the union benefits they agreed upon. I went to Cohens down the road and they were lovely and honored the agreed upon insurance benefits! Do not go here, they are not union friendly and do not honor the insurance benefits when they are in network.
I called 5 eyecare centers. Spoke to AI assistants or nobody. Pearle pickup the phone answered my question, also they had my script in stock and when I arrived made my glasses onsite Thank you
Great place been going there for years the doctor is excellent and Chris's outstanding would not go anywhere else someone gave this place one star just because they wouldn't take the benefits CHECK😁FIRST I just don't understand people
