I’ve been going to Dr. Fonticoba for years now and never had a bad experience. Very experienced eye doctor with a pleasant attitude and good manners. I once had an emergency because my right eye was hurting so I arrived without an appointment and he made time for me, did a complete exam and was concerned enough that he sent me to Wills eye immediately. He explained his concerns and did not charged me for the exam. I’m glad I listened to him because I had developed an infection that could have caused the loss of my eye sight if not attended to right away. The employees are nice and very professional.

Posted hours and actually hours are different. I called yesterday to ask if they will close early today or over the next few days (posted online says 4, posted at the store says up to 5) and they said they always close at 3:30. So, knowing they close at 3:30 from their own mouths, I came at 3:08 and the store was still closed. They supposedly open at 10, and lie about closing at 3:30 but take off at 3. It's a hassle to visit this place just to pick up a pair of glasses. Edit: if summer hours are until 3pm and it's summer and they leave at 3pm every day, why say 3:30pm on the phone if they know they're leaving at 3pm?
Been going here since I was a teen, I truly love the staff and doctors, if I ever need a single pair of contacts he sometimes just gives them to me or charges a small fee. I’m about to go order glasses Monday and I know they got me 😊
Arrived for an appointment and the place is closed? Update: I did not revieve a single phone call telling me they were closed. I did not recieve any emails until the NEXT day to reschedule. It’s extremely inconsiderate to not contact every single patient if you are going to be closed.
This business is unprofessional. I arrived at 1:30pm Saturday because the business hours state that they close at 2pm. I arrived to the business closed with no one inside. And since they are blaming the weather, it was a high of 51 and a low of 45. I need my contacts.
