Pearle Vision

I recently visited Pearl Vision for a 10:00 AM appointment, and overall it was a pretty smooth experience with a few areas for improvement. The check-in process was excellent—I was acknowledged right away, which set a positive tone. I was called in promptly at 10:02 AM for the initial interview, which lasted until 10:13 AM. While the timing was great, the attendant’s demeanor felt a bit cold and not very welcoming. A warmer, friendlier interaction would have made a big difference. The second screening began at 10:17 AM and was quick and efficient, finishing by 10:20 AM. The highlight of the visit was definitely the doctor consultation from 10:25 AM to 10:58 AM. The doctor was excellent—friendly, warm, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The final wrap-up interview from 11:00 AM to 11:02 AM was brief and straightforward. Overall, the visit was well-organized and timely, with no long waits. Improving staff friendliness at the front end would elevate the experience even more, but the quality of care from the doctor was outstanding.

Not satisfy, with the service and won’t recommend anyone to purchase glasses . The clerk is not helpful and trying to overcharge customers. The doctor is very professional and helpful..

Top notch, professional customer interaction with flawless service. Had the opportunity to witness how elegantly & professional this staff handled a rude, entitled & demanding customer that came in to address what seemed as a follow up visit. Highly recommended!

Customer service is the worst. I asked if the unit where people lean their forehead could be wiped. The unit showed oil stain. The doctor said that it had been wiped but that he would wipe again. Then the piece came down exposing a gross glue-like substance. When he tried to put the plastic piece back, it kept sliding off. He then wanted me to lean my forehead into it. I refused. I suggested to adhere the piece with a tape. They asked if I wanted the back of my cornea checked, that I would have to pay $10.00. My plan was paying $500.00 and I was paying $50.00 for contact exam. So I refuse. He gave me a Lense to try on. Usually the Lense is provided and a container is also provided. However, he did not provide the Lense container. In the front, one of the assistant tried to embarrass me by mentioning, multiple times, in a very loud tone, that I had refused a $10.00 cornea exam. For me it was the principle. My plans have always covered such a simple exam. And I did not feel like giving them another cent. For my glasses, I also provided my own frame. More than a month went by, and they never called me to tell that my new glasses had arrived. I had to call to check. When I picked up my glasses, there was no eye contact, no thank you, or anything. Not a word. The worst customer service from both the doctor, who was condescending and the staff. I do not recommend this place. I would never return to Pearl Vision in Aguadilla, PR. Horrible!
