Just wanted to thank you Brian for his help with securing our Meta Glasses. He was very professional and helpful. He definitely went above and beyond for both my husband and I. We left Pearl Vision very happy. Definitely coming back.
I cannot say enough great things about this location. My son is in the hospital, he misplaced his glasses. He desperately needs them to do anything. We contacted this location where he had them made at his last visit. We explained the situation. They said no problem! Here’s where it gets really good…..we got there and they wouldn’t take a penny from us. They gave us his glasses at no charge! ❤️ Thank you!! Btw…my son is doing well. He is 38 and had to have bypass heart surgery due to end stage renal failure. He has a wife and a 7yr old boy and he made it through the surgery great! Now onto a kidney transplant! Again, thank you and God bless! There are still angels out there just without wings. 🥰
Absolutely no accountability for selling me lenses that were mispositioned. They were supposed to be the same prescription as my usual lenses and I tried repeatedly to wear them but they remained blurry because of placement. I am appalled by their laissez faire attitude toward patients, or should I say customers. I was not encouraged to return or made aware of 90 day period or I would not have ordered from this location as I would not be returning for months and they were informed of that when ordering. It is inconceivable that they think I would place another order when they did not get this pair right.
Brian has always been professional, friendly, and always 'takes care' of my needs. In fact, I always make sure that Brian is working that day before I go to this location so that I can deal with him (nothing against other employees, it's just that Brian is that good). It's a pleasure to deal with someone who knows what they're doing.
Shout out to Brian… a true asset to the company! Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place.
