If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. While driving, the bottom of my frames snapped. See the attached picture. These glasses are less than 2 months old. I have worn glasses for 25 years and I have never had this happen. I am very gentle with my glasses. I called the store and they said “unfortunately since you didn’t buy a protection plan there is nothing we can do. But we do have some sales!” I won’t buy new frames from them because if their frames only last less than two months, can I really trust their quality? I can’t. The frames are hundreds of dollars and I cannot afford to just toss that kind of money around. Extremely disappointed in both the quality and how the store handled this.

Valerie is an exceptional employee. Both of my engagements with her have been exciting and informative. She's able to explain when I couldn't understand, her sense of humor and keeping everything on task. She took her time when I couldn't make a decision on some frames.That is exactly the experience that a customer would love to have.

I’ve never had anything done to my eyes and everyone here was so nice and super sweet especially the guy that helped us I believe his name was Yaw he was amazing and super sweet. Also Dr.Quy-Anh Le-Huynh was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable! Thank you! Ladies at the front seat super nice as well!

Went to pick up my prescription glasses, advised my RayBans I ordered the day after I received my prescription have been used for nearly 2 weeks and informed the clerk who then informed the manager I am having an issue seeing at night with the glasses on. The manager advised me the doctor recommends me using the glasses 24/7 despite me being unable to see as clear during night driving with the glasses on then I do with them off. She sent me on my way and advised me to report back if it doesn’t get better in a period of time. This does make me feel like I am being brushed off and my concern for seeing while I’m driving at night is not being taken seriously when I could simply have a different prescription for night time use than I do during the day, they suggested continued use instead even if it’s unsafe for myself and others on the roadway. Would likely not return to this location due to the lack of care of the customer.

Overall it was really good and I would have given a 5 but there was a mix up. Just be sure when you say. I'll do it, be specific at all times. I left feeling like I owed for something that was not my fault. It was taken care of but it did not prevent the feeling that I still have. I would recommend and I will go back. Be blessed ❤️
