Pearle Vision

Both stars for Dr. Diab, zero stars everything else. I had an excellent experience with the doctor and appointment. The frame fitter was competent but did not provide any input on the frames i chose. When I picked up my new glasses a week later the only person there was indifferent at best, offering no support or asking if they fit or if i needed assistance. The glasses themselves are the cheapest junk glasses i have ever encountered (Sferoflex), the arms connect to the glasses by screws that turn UPWARDS into the arm, and within about 10 times wearing them, the screw had already fallen out.

Great experience! The doctor and entire staff were amazing. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly. My new favorite!❤️ (bonus picture of my cat, who is also named Pearle Vision).

Awesome service. The rep that assisted me was SUPER patient and very helpful. I thought I had it in the bag and knew what I wanted until I started trying things on. She was very informative of quality by name brand, price efficiency etc. She gave great advise on looks and feel for the face based on my personal preferences. I actually have a location closer to my home, but I'm glad I chose to go to this one. Elite experience. Highly recommend, nice options with plenty of variety available. Communication was timely with placing my order and the turn around time for customization was faster than expected.

This place is horrible. Staff at this location is very very rude specially the manager she very rude very unprofessional and I think she probably tells her people to be the same way. No smile no welcome no nothing. This place is joke next time go somewhere else. This place sucks. Only one thing is good at this place is the DR DIAB he is very nice and very kind but rest of people very rude, I don’t understand why dr DIAB puts up with these people. Horrible experience. I wish there was option for zero star .

We are beyond grateful for the care and kindness we received. When our son’s eye suddenly swelled up on a Friday night, they went above and beyond to help us. They were able to get us in quickly, and Dr. Nat saw our son first thing Saturday morning, which gave us so much peace of mind. What truly met them most was that they continue to call and check on Liam throughout the week to make sure he was doing OK. That level of compassion and follow up is rare and so appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Patel and Dr. Natasha, for being so kind, attentive, and truly caring about your patience. We couldn’t ask for a better care!
