Dr. Paul is excellent! I’ve gone to him for over 40 years and he always gets my prescription perfect and shares detailed explanations about the various tests and the health of your eyes. I trust him explicitly and am so grateful for his knowledge, professionalism and compassionate care throughout all of these years. George is very helpful, knowledgeable and talented assisting with selection and measuring for new glasses. He has been at Pearle for many years and they are very fortunate to have him! The reception staff were personable and knowledgeable in setting up and doing the various tests. It would be helpful if they had more information as to why some of the tests were needed as I had already had some of them recently at my Opthamologist’s office.

The doctor I saw was amazing. The gentleman who guided me through the testing was pleasant. However, the receptionist who I first spoke with and asked for paperwork was cold, distant and could care less about her job! I work in recruiting, so I have a good sense of people. I compared charges for the exam With my husband who went the week before and I was charged more - she didn’t even want my health insurance card at all. Again, the DO was amazing, pleasant and very thorough. It’s the little things that make a difference.

Everyone was wonderful and went above and beyond. Doctor Paul was amazing. Kind and patient. Anna was great. Went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. George was great as well while helping me find a pair of glasses. I would highly recommend this location.

Came in for a persistent stye and saw Dr Paul. My wife comes in for eyeglass work and suggested I come. She likes both Dr Paul and Dr Yousef. My appt went well and I really liked Dr Paul…he was quick and succinct. I walked out with commonsense treatments, vitamins and a script. Confident I’ll finally beat it. Thx!

Dr Dina was very kind, thorough and easy to follow. She took the time to explain everything in detail to me. The entire staff was very thoughtful and helped in many ways to make my visit easy and successful. I came home and told my wife this is where she needs to go and she said, “Honey, that’s where I already go!” Too funny! I’d highly recommend this Pearle vision location in Desert Ridge!
