I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Amber Dawson was absolutely excellent — very thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to carefully ensure my prescription was accurate. I truly appreciated how attentive and meticulous she was during the entire exam. After that, I was assisted by Diana in choosing my frames, and she made the process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend this place — both the doctor and the staff are amazing!

Wearing glasses essentially my whole life I have been to many eye doctors after my original retired. Although all the other doctors I’ve seen did do a good job. This visit was a game changer for me. The understanding of the condition I have with my eyes and the care taken to make sure my vision is the best it can be was second to none and the absolute best I have ever received. The doctor knew exactly what she was doing and made sure that we were on the same page with all the steps. Can not say thank you enough. Picking out new frames was fun and extremely easy. The expertise in what frames are good for face shapes was absolutely superior and extremely helpful. The entire experience was without a doubt amazing and I can not express how grateful I am for the entire staff on that day. These words though very genuine are not enough to say how grateful I am. 100/10 will recommend and return!

I've been coming to this location off and on. I cheated for a moment with Vision Works and regretted it. This place is no longer in my neighborhood but I didn't mind traveling for the great customer service. Diana is always wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient. Michelle was equally as nice. Dr. Dawson really has passion for what she does. No 2 second exam. I love this place, these employees, and their cute fashionable glasses. Visit!

I had an exceptional first experience at Pearle Vision. Staff is very kind altogether. Michelle was helpful in setting me up as a new customer and choosing a new pair of glasses. Dr. Barsky was thorough and efficient in examination, while also being very patient in describing results clearly and fielding my 20 questions!
