I paid $600 for pair of glasses and I thought the glasses where under warranty but when you founded out you couldn’t keep them clean because the film on the glass had failed even though You washed under cold water and a soft cloth they became of no use I thought they were under warranty. They won’t fix and they want $420 for a new pair. Nice people but not a good pair of glasses, make sure you read the contract.
My mum came in for a check up with Dr Cleary a few weeks ago & Darcy, who works with Dr. Cleary, was so kind & helpful. I am so thankful for people like her that have compassion & empathy especially for our senior population. Bravo Darcy, keep up the kindness & good work! My mum & I thank you!
This is a great team. They make it easy to communicate. They make it easy to get new eyewear. They fix any problems with no pushback and high efficiency. Bridget is my favourite person who has gotten optimal results for my compromised vision for decades...not just once. Prices are always fair.
The staff here is always so warm, welcoming, and professional. I've been going to them for years despite living 30 minutes away due to how well they have treated me and helped me over the years with my eye exams, contacts, and glasses.
