The store is clean and bright with a large selection of stylish frames. The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Buraks is professional, patient focused and very thorough. Mojeh is patient, courteous and knowledgeable. She made the entire process run smoothly. Michael is a meticulous optician who was able to make my son his glasses quickly. We have always had a positive experience at Pearl Vision in Collegeville.
The team at Collegeville Pearle Vision was equally attentive, helpful and nice. My glasses broke and I came in for an eye exam to which they were very flexible and willing to adjust with my requests and questions and also were kind enough to put a temporary fix on my glasses! Much better than the duck tape I had wrapped around them!
Brad and his team at this Collegeville location worked amazingly hard to get a pair of eyeglasses I could afford. The service was quick, super-friendly and they did everything they could to help me out, even though I'm currently unemployed. Highly recommend.
Visited Pearl vision today the receptionist was really kind and nice it's a nice good location just besides Starbucks so you can grab a drink after you finish. The staff is friendly and Andy was quite helpful he was like an asset to the team but there was this old lady who was so rude when I was little dicey about selecting a frame he shouted Andy hand her the bill, which was so rude of her. Overall the doctor was really nice she did like multiple checks with some new devices and she asked me for the dilution trip which would be included and I dont have to pay extra. The frames are expensive, coupd not find a single frame for $50 or even $100. plus you pay for the glasses. if you are looking for out of pocket like me or less cost frame go some where with your prescription.
