I was greeted as soon as I stepped in and they confirmed my insurance coverage immediately. I was told to browse and what kind of glasses I should be looking for but was advised that they could taylor the glasses to what I wanted and needed. I found so many pair and they answered all my questions.The billing was broken down and fully explained. I had a great experience for someone who never wore or needed glasses and just left a very bad experience with an out of network provider not more than 15 min earlier.

I can see better in stile! I had a fiasco recently with Costco strict guidelines and policies and decided a phone my old client, who spilled once that she is in a glasses business. She answered and I head immediately to see her. Reading glasses are a lifeline these days with phones. It is no longer a luxury of time and waiting for something. Yes she is a client and yes she is a previous acquaintance. Yes she was a trusted source, but she had to be a professional in her industry to earn my business. And that she did ! Thank you for putting up with all my questions and spending time to find right fit. I love my multiple pairs and wanted to tell the whole world about it. Thank you Inessa !

Was visiting from Colorado, Justin was great! I had broken my glasses and needed to get them repaired. He quickly repaired them and best of all no charge! Thank you!

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs eye-wear. They have excellent service, helped me pick out my glasses to look good in. They are also really good dealing with insurance. Inna is the best store manager! If you are looking for a large selection including designer frames this is the place. She is really good at plucking various frames and helping you select one that compliments your face. Inna truly cares about you and asks about how you are doing and makes you feel so comfortable. She is the main reason we will return next year. I look forward to coming to this location in the future and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good staff and even better results!

This Pearle Vision was great for me. Kara and Angel were both extremely nice to me today. I actually enjoyed shopping for new frames after having my eye exam next door. Kara was patient with me, and was very knowledgeable about products and their availability. I’m glad I drove out in the rain today, because I received a high level of service, in my opinion. This was probably one of the best eye glasses store experiences I’ve had. I was also surprised to find out they have same day service for single vision glasses in their store. I thought this was not a thing anymore in 2019. Very impressed. I definitely recommend visiting this Pearle Vision location.
