Pearle Vision-Highland Village

Went to this location for an eye exam back in December 2025. Everything seemed to be going smooth until I had an issue with the set of glasses I purchased. Only Less than 60 days and I couldn’t get used to glasses and returned to them to advise them thinking it was going to to get fixed. Only to find out that I’d have to pay for another eye exam and a new set of lenses for my frames. You would think after spending over $1000 with them that this would be something that they would gladly take care of for a costumer and honor a set of lenses. I would advise you to pick somewhere else! Not happy what so ever with this location and maybe they will fix this!

Very satisfied!! Recently I shopped glasses for my kid, good selection of frames for kids and prompt service. Very satisfied with the experience and got to understand to all options before we picked the lens and frame. Store timing is not as good as other chains but not the fault of this location, just in general pearle vision policy. Satisfied with processing/delivery time frame, would definitely go again for future needs!

This location of Pearle Vision has been providing our family great glasses for 10 years. They have been great about helping us pick frames, lenses, and coatings to meet each of our unique vision needs. They have also made quite a few emergency repairs on glasses for us. The store has a great selection of frames, too!

The staff at this location is amazing! They got me in the same day for a checkup. I broke my current glasses while waiting for my new prescription. I reached out and received a quick response with tracking details which was reassuring. I appreciate their quick follow up and exceptional service.
