Dr. Gomez — and his staff — are THE best. My son was initially put in glasses around 2-years-old, and those first years of appointments (with other providers) were a nightmare: Hours and hours of waiting to be seen, while my extraordinarily active toddler was loosing it. After one particularly painful appointment, I did a thorough/desperate Google search and found Dr. Gomez. The moment I walked into his office, I knew I’d finally found the place! His staff is amazing with my son, no crazy wait times, Dr. Gomez always takes the time to explain everything, and my son’s myopia progression has been managed so well that I have 0 longterm concerns. I’m so glad I found Dr. Gomez — would never take my son anywhere else in Houston (we drive all the way from The Heights to his office and it’s worth it).

I brought my two year old daughter here to get her eye checked out. They allowed me to set up an appointment the same day and also informed me of the costs over the phone. The doctor who attended us was great and patient with my daughter. He was able to identify that it was a stye and instructed on how to care for it. He also took the time to educate me on what exactly a stye is and why it happens. I'm very glad we were able to be seen so soon. My daughter is doing MUCH better. Even as a new and same day client, we did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes for the doctor. The ladies at the front were kind for both check-in and check out. I know where to go now for any future needs. Thank you so much!

I like this office. Free parking, the staff is very friendly and the doctor is pretty amazing with our family! He gives accurate information and understands our worries and complaints without judgement! The only thing is, its really hard to get ahold of the office on the phone. Other than that, good place!

Dr. Gomez treated my child with such care. He was thorough in his explanation of my child's optical results. The staff was also very attentive and caring.
