Horrible you can't scan more than 15 items anymore they try to erase all my stuff and make me work double on scan and go manager try to make me feel dumb I use to scan all my stuff but and happily go they are not polite anymore

Worse than usual customer service. Specifically in the electronics department. If everything is going to be locked up and the one lady that everyone points to having the keys to get anything out is ignoring you and getting a pallet jack to fuss around with a big screen TV, Her priorities are wrong, or your training is wrong. I was ignored twice in that department and I will never be back to make a purchase in wallmart again.

They put the wrong tires on my car and now won’t do nothing about it and on top of that the automotive front desk lady is so rude had to get my own tire from behind the counter. Do better never will I ever shop with Walmart for tires again or even shop

I am vey grateful to Fernando Villegas. We live in Indiana, and I needed help to find ingredients for a certain recipe. I would have gone nuts without his help. Thank you so much, Mr Villegas, for saving my day. I couldn't believe customer service is alive and well in Eagle Pass , TX.

They never honor their prices and I see them for and pay for them and have to cancel and they wasted my time
