My family and I have consistently had great experiences at Peepers. We are usually seen quickly by the optometrist, and the staff is always friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job assisting individuals and families with selecting the right glasses. Most recently, my daughter broke her glasses. After bringing her in, I was able to get a replacement pair as well as a second pair we had ordered the very same day. She was able to leave the office wearing her new glasses, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. The only improvement I would suggest is expanding the selection of luxury and designer frames. The luxury eyewear section could offer more stylish options. Other than that, we have been very pleased with the service and care we receive. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do!

I had my first appointment at Peepers in Bowie last week and it was the best experience I’ve ever had getting new glasses and contacts. In 40 years of going to the eye doctor and purchasing glass the team at the Bowie location is top notch. From the friendly and helpful ladies at the front counter to Dr. Lee and Kenny, my glasses tech. Dr. Lee not only gave me a solid exam and great advice, but I also felt he really had my best interest in mind and has a passion to help people with their vision needs. I then worked with Kenny to pick out my glasses. He was very knowledgeable about all the options I was interested in as well as adding value by suggesting additional options and benefits. He helped me pick out a stylish set of glasses and I am excited about their arrival. Kenny was professional yet chill and easy to work with. I would recommend Peepers in Bowie to friends and family.
