She took the time to help me choose a frame that not only fit well but also looked modern and stylish. She patiently walked me through multiple frame and lens options and helped me understand what would work best with my vision needs and insurance coverage. I never felt rushed, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly throughout the visit. She also assisted with the eye imaging and measurements, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated the extra effort she put into making sure I was comfortable and informed. Alpha did an amazing job helping me! She made me feel comfortable taking my time and paid close attention to the glasses I was looking for. Great office, busy, but the staff was very kind throughout the appointment. Very polite and professional environment. Dr.Patel was great, no pressure and very honest. Alpha and the rest of the staff that assisted me were fantastic. Had no intention of getting new frames, but looked at a few and she recommended a similar pair. They were a a step up from my current lenses, and resolved the one issue I was having. She was pleasant to talk with and made the efforts to ensure we got everything our plan had to assist with the end price. Highly recommend this location!
