I went in for a routine exam this morning and was treated extremely kindly! Everyone went out of their way to assist my needs. The front desk staff was warm and cheerful regardless of the end of the year crunch. Dr. Bistodeau was kind, thorough, and informative in his exam. Not only that; they fixed my existing glasses with no questions asked without any pushy sales tactics to follow. I will be referring this office as well as scheduling my next years appointment with them! Thank you again.

My family has been going to Peepers for 10+ years. It was a drastically different experience this time around. First, the optometrist was amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind and explained a few of my issues in detail. Truly great experience, which is the most important part of an eye doctor visit. The customer service on the other hand, was not good. I was told my appointment was at 10, but once I arrived was told it was at 12:30, so I left and returned at 12:30. Both times staff were preoccupied on the computer or their phone and it felt like they didn’t want to assist me at the glasses case (this happened 3 times). I like the experts to help me determine if new frames look good on my face, but the person helping me made no comment when asked. Staff could benefit from customer service training.

Wonderful, courteous, and very patient employees at Peepers. They are all very professional and friendly! Excellent service!!! Their selection of frames is great, and I am very pleased with my new glasses. The steps that they have taken here for Covid-19 protection has been excellent. I felt 100% safe here, and I am very high risk. Do you want great, personalized service whilst shopping for your next pair of glasses? You have to try these people! They really went above and beyond to assist me.

I do believe the doctors are very qualified and the quality of care is fine. However, both times I have had a very uncomfortable experience. The front office is very kind and great at communicating (in my own personal experience). My main concern is the drs. The last time I went I had the male doctor, and he acted like I was an inconvenience and he was doing me a favor. It made me so uncomfortable, I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. The second time I went I decided to switch to the woman doctor thinking my experience would be better and I was proven wrong. She seemed very upset that I was not getting contacts through them and kept making passive comments to me about the brand of contacts I use. One of them being (said under her breath) "I just...you're the only customer I know that can tolerate them". And, in my opinion, if she was genuinely concerned about my eye care and thought this was unhealthy long-term, she would have an actual conversation about my long-term eye care, but she did not. I would have been very open to switching contact brands but she never gave me reasons as to why they aren't "recommended". I have high-level anxiety so being in this situation made me even more uncomfortable than my first visit. This will be my last visit to peepers, and I am sure they are not concerned.

Dr. Rogers was patient, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in a clear and concise fashion. Would highly recommend her! The office was clean and bright and the free coffee/tea was nice in the waiting area. Someone came out and explained my insurance coverage to me which was helpful. I didn't order frames the day of my appointment but they seemed to have a nice variety in the store.
