The office is not very clean to begin. I ordered my glasses to be transition, they forgot to tell the lab to make them transition. Fine, we patiently waited a few more days to have them corrected. The "transition" pair I received seem to be defective. Not really transition at all, receptionist was not helpful at all. Her solution was to "maybe take them off and leave them in the sun for 10 minutes". Horrible place, do not go here. Also they never answer the phone

Dr Gomez is great, gives you ample time on your appointment, never rushes you out of the office. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you need to optometrist, look no further.

Can someone answer the phone ? Please ? Or be there when I show up ? Lord you guys are the only people with the prescription and at this point all I want to do is get the script. BUT THERE IS NO ONE EVER WORKING EVER.
