I've been to many eye doctors over the years and this is by far the best experience Ive had. Dr stoltz has worked with me this last month finding the right pair of contacts that are comfortable and best suited for me. The customer service of him and Mark his office manager I think have been top notch.
The guy answering the phone and running insurance is TERRIBLE! Every time I make a yearly appointment, he cannot verify my insurance (I’ve always had eyemed) and u have to call them and do his job for him. He is rude and whiny. He is not intelligent enough to be doing that job. Their hours are horrible. They’re only open like 3 days a week. Go to Eyeglass world or the vision center in Evansville
My two boys and I get our eyes checked yearly here and I recommend it to anyone needing an excellent eye doctor. He is great with young kids. A definite plus. Prices are good and reasonable.
Great eye exam. Dr. Stoltz provides the best customer service the old fashioned way.
