As someone with vision difficulties, I can't express how much I appreciate the team at Performance Vision. Dr. Eric Moreau is a talented and knowledgeable professional. His office & staff are equipped with the lastest technologies to test and assess your vision. Brooke Oldham is a wizard with helping you select the latest frames & lenses!
I’m sure the doctors do good as most of the reviews state, but the office lady was a little passive aggressive over the phone. I called 20-30 mins before close but for some reason my call seemed to take her by surprise. It is important to remember these employees also represent your practice. She didn’t even ensure my insurance information was correct and called back the next day. I canceled my appointment the same day, a day after scheduling.
Great experience! Walked in was greeted by Cheryl so friendly, and professional. Did my background with Samantha whom was super nice, smart ,and extremely helpful. Exam with Dr. Eric whom was dialed in from the start very very good at what he does. He explained everything perfectly, and I was one hundred percent comfortable. I would totally recommend this be your eye professional spot. Overall best experience at any Dr. Office I've ever been.
This was our second time annual appointment at Dr Moreau and he had recently moved his office. The text directions we received for the new location had an incorrect address and a fax number for the phone reference! If it had not been for the staff at the wrong location who helped us find the correct address we would have never found the new location on Google. We also found out that his office name had changed to Performance Vision instead of his name Eric Moreau which was why we could not find the new location. When we were able to find a correct phone number to call them we were 20 minutes late the person answering the phone told us they had sent out the wrong address originally but sent a correction with the new address which we never received. The front desk people were defensive, argumentative and rude about the mistake demonstrating unprofessional customer service. Very disappointed after a good start on our first visit last year and a doctor we both liked. We have decided to find another Eye Doctor for the future.
I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Performance Vision. Everyone was so kind and understanding. We appreciate everything they have done to help my daughter and I. We highly recommend them.
