Wonderful care and support. The staff were very kind, caring, and helpful. They make you feel like family and communicate information in a very understanding way.

My family and I are on vacation and my 7 year old forgot her glasses at home. We called multiple places trying to find somewhere that was able to do same day glasses. Performance Vision Care was absolutely amazing and so accommodating! They didn’t have her exact prescription in store so they got as close as they could then a couple days later was able to get her prescription in and corrected the lenses free of charge. I can’t say enough about the staff there, 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Coates was great and very professional and explained things in a simple way for me to understand. Sarah that finished up and cashed me out was very friendly and very kind to me. Thank you all for a great first visit.

It was a very great experience with very clean inside. They are remodeling inside so it’s more inviting to come into explore your options on eyewear. Also, the staff was very professional in the doctors Zimmerman Is a great Asset to the company he is very professional very nice very make you feel very comfortable and I’m very please tell him I’ve been coming there for the last two years and I will continue to come as long as you work with. Dr. Coates and the staff were absolutely awesome today! Dr. Coates was VERY informative, thorough, & kind. The staff that assisted me were friendly, helpful, complimentary about the frames I tried on and truly cared that I saved money. We will not only be back next year, but will refer everyone.
